Has anyone been blamed for the PS3 Cyber attacks?

I have been reading a article on Wikipedia and they have spoken about what happened but what i want to know is whether anyone has been charged of this crime, or whether they have wrigled their self to freedom. any kind of answer will be taken but any XBOX fan boys will be disregarded in the manner.
