Facebook/Fan site question 10 points best answer!!! thx?

I have a personal account through facebook. Someone added a fan site for my business somehow through the personal account. Both are somehow intertwined. I only want to use the business account and disregard the personal account. How do I seperate them? Also, the fan site keeps asking for debit/credit info to add people to my fan site. Please let me know how this works, thanks so much. Help a fellow start up woman owned business u guys rock ;)
