Did I eat well? Sort of recovering?

Hello so I am 5'5 and 14 and a female. A couple months ago I started eating 600 calories a day. I was 108 lbs and wanted to lose 10 pounds. Well I lost 14 pounds and keep yo yo ing in the weight category. Now I am binge eating almost every day. I stopped weighing myself about a week ago. At the time I was 94 lbs. I have been exercising and being out in the sun alot. Do you think I have gained any actual fat? I have been eating 3000 calories two days in a row. I feel like a cow. So today I ate 600 calories and exercised. My stomach is huge and bloated. If I keep binging will I gain weight? I was 94 lbs and i binged every night an wasn't gaining weight but staying the same. Also is 31 inches a large hip? That's around the middle of my butt. I am so tired of this. I just want to be normal. And I haven't gotten on the scale and am nervous about gaining a ton of weight. Do you think I am fat?
