Seriously considering an eating disorder...?
I DONT want to have to deal with anorexia or bulimia, but I think it's impossible for me to lose weight!! For MONTHS, I've tried to lose weight, I always drink enough water, I eat healthy, I exercise daily, and all I see is the scale creep up, pound by pound. It's soo frustrating. I'm a normal weight, I just have some baby fat that I want to get rid of, and I would loove to be skinny. The only time I've seen any weight loss is when I barely ate anything for 3 days, I lost maybe 2 pounds. I just don't know what to do anymore and I'm kind of considering fasting...? Would fasting for 2 days a week help me lose weight?
