Is a soviet tattoo considered politically incorrect?

im going to be joining the police force soon in the state of oregon, for some reason no one seems to be able to answer this question for me. im not a communist, nor do i support it in any way. im a born american, but im russian by blood, and im proud of that. i want to get a tat on my chest that has a hammer and sickle, a star above it, and underneath it say made in russia. however im not sure if this is "politically incorrect" because of the communist regime and the cold war. any answers will be appreciated
