I wanna do voulenteer work next summer but i dont wanna do iit alone?

Well im the youngest one in my family and graduating in the class of 2012 whoohooo but i wanna do some voulenteer work for the sickle cell foundation because my sister has it and i wanna support her problem and let her know i wanna know more so i can take care of her when i become a nurse but i dont wanna do it by myself my good friend loves my sister and wants to do it to wiith me is that good and being a good friend to?
