New zombie map on black ops!?

i have got the golden stick and have destroyed the red light machine things, but WHERE is the vodka at!!? or how do i get it! i heard its on a railing, but what railing and how do i know its the vodka ice sickle!? i need to know where the railing is at, or if i need to do something to make the vodka ice sickle appear? thanks
