Is there a cure or anything to help out sickle cell disease cause i feel like no one paying attention to it?

There is research being done, but you're right, it's not spoken about much. The only actual cure for sickle cell disease is bone marrow transplant, and it's not an option for everyone. Right now, it's done when the sickle cell is extremely severe or there are other conditions alongside it caused by the sickle cell, and typically only for patients under a certain age (research has shown that it is not effective enough/too risky for people over mid-teens.)
