Can anxiety symptoms occur when not feeling anxious?

I also get this tight band feeling around my forehead buy it's doesn't hurt. I had a CT scan done on m head back in February. I've also get minor aches in my arms and legs. I've had numerous blood test done the only thing that came back was I had the Sickle Cell trait. I'm 17 years old pretty healthy except for a history of severe migraines.
