Beneficial mutation in human?

Hello, could you give me examples of beneficial mutation in human? Links please. And also, if it is possible, please give me links which explain this in simple language, not technical scientific language. I have found some examples: mutation in CCR5 gene called CCR5-delta32 makes some people more resistant to HIV/AIDS, and homozygot variant of sickle blood cell makes you resistant to malaria (although its heterozygot counterpart kills you).
