What's the most long-lived high-energy, high-mass object known/theorized to exist, and what's its lifespan?

I am seeking objects of mass/energy at the level of our sun and greater. Beyond mass and energy, my primary interest is longevity. What object at that scale has the absolute longest possible existence? :-?
