My sister has a 3 year old. And i know that young kids generally don't listen very well. But I'm not exaggerating when i say this kids disregards EVERY direction he is given. He has put himself in danger many times because he runs off in public and and when ever he is disciplined he tells other people we "hit him", when I assure you we do not. Any suggestions for how to deal with this?
