On a Scale of 1-10, how bad is it to call a woman fat with 10 being Horrible/jerkish?

10.... I would never call a woman or anyone fat to be honest, but if you're trying to help them to lose weight tell them you're concerned about their weight and want them to have a longer life and to be healthier... or something along those lines
